By accessing or using ArchitectureDiagram.ai ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

ArchitectureDiagram.ai is an AI-powered tool that generates architecture diagrams from natural language descriptions. The Service includes diagram generation, chat-based editing, and export functionality.

3. Accounts

You must create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate information when creating your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
• Use automated tools to scrape or overload the Service beyond normal usage
• Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization

5. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of the content you provide as input (prompts and descriptions). The diagrams generated by the Service are yours to use for personal and commercial purposes. The Service itself, including its design, code, and branding, remains the property of ArchitectureDiagram.ai.

6. Credits and Payments

The Service operates on a credit-based system. Free accounts receive a limited number of credits per month. Paid plans provide additional credits and features. All payments are processed through Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

7. Service Availability

We strive to keep the Service available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, updates, or due to circumstances beyond our control. We are not liable for any downtime or service interruptions.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. ArchitectureDiagram.ai is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of significant changes.
