Our commitment to transparency

We believe you should know exactly what data we collect, why we collect it, and how we use it. This policy is written in plain language - no legal jargon designed to obscure what's actually happening with your data.

What we collect

• Account information

  Your email address, display name, and avatar (if you sign in with Google). This is used to identify your account and communicate with you.

• Prompts and descriptions

  The text you type to generate and edit diagrams. We store your prompts to power your chat history, enable diagram editing, and improve our AI generation process over time.

• Generated images and diagrams

  The diagrams and images produced by the Service. We store these so you can access your history and exports. We also use generated outputs to enhance and improve our agentic generation pipeline over time.

• Usage data

  Basic analytics like page views and feature usage, collected through Vercel Analytics. This helps us understand how the product is used and where to improve.

• Payment information

  Payments are processed entirely by Stripe. We never see or store your credit card details. Stripe's privacy policy governs payment data.

How we use your data

• To provide the Service - generating diagrams, maintaining your history, processing payments
• To improve diagram quality - your prompts and generated outputs help us refine our AI models and agentic workflows to produce better diagrams for everyone
• To communicate with you - account notifications, service updates, and support responses
• To maintain security - detecting abuse, preventing fraud, and keeping the platform safe

Data storage and security

Your data is stored securely using Supabase (hosted on AWS) with row-level security policies. All data is encrypted in transit via HTTPS and at rest. We follow security best practices for authentication and access control.

What we don't do

• We don't sell your data to third parties
• We don't share your prompts or diagrams with other users
• We don't use your data for advertising
• We don't store your payment card details (Stripe handles this)

Data retention

Your data is retained as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will remove your personal data and generated content within 30 days. Anonymized, aggregated data used for model improvement may be retained.

Your rights

You have the right to:

• Access the data we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your data
• Export your data
